Tony Gretick and Mary Harvey have successfully conducted mediations and settlement conferences throughout
the State of Ohio since 1995. These have included civil cases in the business relationships, worker’s
compensation, construction, personal injury and medical malpractice areas among others.
Gretick and Harvey have completed formal mediation training at the Center for Dispute Resolution at Capitol
University Law School. They have completed the mediation training required by the Supreme Court to qualify
for court appointment to mediate domestic relations matters, and they have mediated a great number of
domestic relations disputes, both pre- and post- filing.
